小饭碗 | 3-4个 |
新鲜大鸡蛋 | 3个 |
盐 | 1/2茶勺 |
温水(体温) | 300-400ml |
生抽酱油 | 适量 |
香油 | 适量 |
蒸蛋羹 Steamed Egg Pudding的做法
食材
蒸锅里烧一锅开水备用。
鸡蛋加适量盐打散,然后加入温水(一边加水一边打鸡蛋)。
打好的蛋液过滤到碗中。
每个碗上盖好保鲜膜。
把蛋羹放到烧开水的蒸锅里大火蒸15分钟。
蒸好的蛋羹拿掉保鲜膜,倒入生抽酱油和香油就可以吃了。
