藕 | 200克 |
葱花 | 少许 |
蒜 | 3瓣 |
生抽 | 1勺 |
耗油 | 1勺 |
香醋 | 2勺 |
白糖 | 2勺 |
水淀粉 | 3勺 |
白芝麻 | 点缀 |
盐 | 一点点 |

莲藕去皮,准备葱蒜

切成藕丁,泡到凉水里,等待焯水稍微大点没关系,一会还要焯水,不用担心炒不熟

烧开半锅水,水开把藕放进去,煮3分钟,
捞进凉水盆里,盆里倒进一勺醋,这样让藕变得更脆

用这样大小的小勺把料汁拌匀

起锅烧油,放入葱蒜炒出香味,
