用料
丽尔泰东荫功酱 | 50g |
丽尔泰鱼露 | 7.5ml |
丽尔泰淡椰浆 | 250ml |
香菇 | 10朵 |
金针菇 | 1把 |
虾 | 10只 |
鱿鱼圈 | 20只 |
花甲 | 30只 |
丸子 | 20个 |
香菜 | 2根 |
小米辣 | 4个 |
蒜 | 2瓣 |
葱 | 2根 |
油 | 5克 |
青柠檬 | 1个 |
东荫功的做法
热油,炒虾头,炒出虾油

加入550ml水入锅中

再倒入250ml椰浆

煮开

煮开放入蒜和小米辣

再次沸腾放入香菇和金针菇

煮开后放入丸子

把花甲,虾身,鱿鱼圈放入,煮10分钟(注意要翻动一下哦)

煮开后关火,加入柠檬汁
