用料
脱皮绿豆 | 100克 |
红薯 | 40克 |
山药 | 40克 |
辅食油 | 15毫升 |
水/奶 | 50毫升 |
果泥 | 适量 |
八月龄辅食|无糖无面粉的中秋月饼的做法
绿豆提前一晚上浸泡,早上起来满满的一盆

洗净上锅蒸40分钟,手轻轻一捏就成泥的状态就可以

用料理棒加点水或者奶打成泥,再过滤一下~会更细腻

锅中倒入辅食油,小火不停翻炒~直到绿豆泥不粘锅为止

炒好的绿豆泥晾凉,一边可以把山药红薯上锅蒸烂

将绿豆泥、山药泥、红薯泥分成大小均匀的剂子
