腊肠蛋包饭的做法
将所有材料切成碎丁,将鸡蛋打成蛋液

将蛋液倒入平底锅中摊成蛋皮,尽量摊大点

炒锅烧热,倒入油,油热后入洋葱煸炒出香味,入胡萝卜、毛豆和腊肠翻炒1分钟左右

倒入米饭翻炒均匀

倒入青红椒末翻炒均匀

撒上盐调整味道,关火

蛋皮上撒上些黑胡椒

将米饭放中间,不要放太多了,要考虑到还要包的起来

将蛋皮四周翻起来包住米饭,可用手带上一次性手套直接去包

包好后扣上一个平底碗,然后将整个锅与碗翻转180度,蛋包饭就置放在碗中了。最后在蛋包饭上淋上番茄沙司就可以开动拉

小贴士
1、蛋皮用平底锅摊比较能成功,基本可以做到零失败;2、材料是应季节搭配的,最近毛豆上市,所以我用了些毛豆进去;
