低分简历“五宗罪”
1、忌千人一面。字体一样、字号一样,连需要填写的项目也一样,没有求职者自己发挥的空间,也很难让求职者突出自己的“闪光点”。
2、有的求职者在选择字号的时候,把“简历”两个字设计得很大,而正文却用很小的字号,这样的格式不仅让人觉得不美观,而且用人单位很可能会认为你是个“非黑即白”的极端的人。
3、忌主次不分。用简历来介绍自己,比较好的顺序是“个人信息”、“教育背景”、“工作经历”和“自我评价”。
4、忌页面设计。一般来说,段与段之间,用1.5倍的行距就足够了,而页边距最好是2cm。很多应聘者,要不是“太过奢侈”,在简历上“留白”太多、“太过节约”都不太好。
