面试细节攻略

1、不要擅自走进面试房间。如果没有人通知,即使前面一个人已经面试结束,应聘者也应该在门外耐心等待;如果面试时间到了,进房间之前应先敲门。
2、递名片要把握时机。如果有名片,在递给面试人员的时候要把握时机,如果你的面试官双手都是你的资料,千万不要急着送上自己的名片,以免显得不成熟;将名片调转180度递给对方,方便别人的阅读。
3、握手要有“感染力”。面试前的握手是一个“重头戏”,因为不少企业把握手作为考察一个应聘者是否专业、自信的依据。如果先前没有太多和别人握手的经验,可以事先练习一下。注意,握手不要有气无力,而要让对方感受到你的热情,要有“感染力”。
4、坐姿也有讲究。有两种坐姿不可取:一是紧贴着椅背坐,二是只坐在椅边。这两种坐法,一个显得太放松,另一个则太紧张,都不利于面试的进行。建议最好坐满椅子的三分之二,保持轻松自如的姿势。
5、始终保持用眼神交流。面试一开始就要留心自己的身体语言,特别是自己的眼神,对面试人员应全神贯注,目光始终聚焦在面试人员身上,在不言之中,展现出自信及对对方的尊重。
