用料
南瓜 | 1小个 |
白糖 | 2勺 |
白凉粉 | 50克 |
水 | 700克 |
南瓜果冻的做法
准备1个小南瓜,去皮切小块

切成薄块,放在盘子里上蒸锅蒸熟

蒸约15分钟左右,用筷子轻轻压按成泥状就好

倒掉盘里的水,用汤勺压成泥状

拿一个锅,倒入一大碗水(约700克),用电磁炉大火煮开

水开后大火转中火,在开水里倒入超市买的50克白凉粉,边倒边一个方向搅拌。(白凉粉和水的比例是1和16)

再倒入南瓜泥、两勺白糖(喜欢甜的可以再加糖),用中火煮熟,边煮边往一个方向搅拌

煮到水沸腾后关火,把南瓜糊倒入碗或者盘里,这次煮得有点多,居然倒了两碗和一盘

放凉后盖上保鲜膜,放入冰箱冷藏

因为是晚上做的,放冰箱冷藏到第二天我才拿出来,把碗里的南瓜冻倒扣在盘子里,qq的真好看。其实放冰箱两个多小时就可以吃啦!
