用料
虾???? | 4只 |
土豆 | 半个 |
胡萝卜 | 半根 |
洋葱 | 1小个 |
咖喱块 | 2块或者咖喱粉 |
盐 | 小半勺 |
咖喱虾饭????(论大象装冰箱需要几步那么简单)的做法
食材准备好,削皮洗净待用,更推荐好侍牌咖喱块,一直都用的那份,两人一次掰两块,浓稠度味道正好,之前朋友说在超市买了这个好吃我就买了一包,味道还真赶不上咖喱块的,粉的用量在后图~

锅中加入一不锈钢勺量的油~

水量即将没过食材即可~倒入咖喱粉,咖喱块就掰2块,就是一盒共四块弄一半进去~

粉的量在这里:害怕加多了就少量多次的加,加完搅拌均匀,水是这个颜色,比成品颜色淡一点点~

加入虾~盖锅~

一直中大火,待汤汁变得浓稠了开盖搅拌一下,防止土豆粘锅底~

翻拌,尝下味道淡就加点盐,咖喱块的我都不加盐,味道合适,这个咖喱粉的味道淡就得加点盐~汤汁根据个人喜好留多少~
